Avioza Claims L.L.C. is established in Prizren, Kosovo, which is outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. Because we offer our flight compensation service to data subjects who are in the Union and monitor their behaviour where it takes place within the Union, we fall within the territorial scope of Article 3 (2) GDPR.

Article 27 GDPR therefore requires us to designate, in writing, a representative in the Union. The representative is the primary point of contact for supervisory authorities and data subjects on all issues relating to processing for the purposes of ensuring compliance with the GDPR.
