Professional supervision
SkyDelay acts as a non-regulated debt collection agent for passenger compensation claims under Regulation (EC) 261/2004, Regulation (EU) 2027/..., UK Regulation 261, and the Turkish SHY-Passenger Regulation. Legal proceedings are conducted by independent partner law firms admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction concerned.

Liability for content
As a service provider, SkyDelay is responsible for its own content on these pages under § 7 (1) TMG and general statutory provisions.
